TRP CONTEST THIS SATURDAY, MAY 10th. Looks like the turnout is gonna be decent and a few out-of-towners are making the trip. Profile has also recently joined up to supply some of the prizes, That's enough reason to go big right?

In other news, it is official that our veteran cookout/campout/bonfire will be on June 7th, if the weather holds out. Thanks much to Alex from charlotte for letting us use his family's 83 acres. Should be even better than last year. The plan is to ride and bbq at the charlotte park and then head over to the land for keggery. Are you in?

Sorry-May 24th, 2008

I know it's taken me forever but you'll have to pardon me on this one. I have been stuck at home most of the week with a fever and flu-like extravaganza. I still feel pretty shitty but I figured that I could not wait any longer. Here are the pics from the TRP contest. A good time was had by all and now you get to relive it all again. I figured that since you've all waited so patiently I should reward you in some way. Please enjoy the most photos ever stuffed into one update. I know it's belated but thanks to everyone that came out and entered or watched, and thanks to Sooch and K10 for putting the whole thing together and running TRP so nicely.

Bones is photogenic.

Brad was persistent is getting 360 whips over the A-ramp and was ultimately successful. He placed 2nd.

Speaking of persistence, Will went after flares and pulled it clean after like 50 tough falls, good enough for 1st.

Kyle was consistent at 3rd but hurt his knee in the process. I finally sent out the interview to Kyle check back soon to get a little insight into the complexity that is Kyle.

Glenn Johnson, is my new favorite rider. I think he's from Pittsburgh and I'm sure he's insane. He barspun everything clean and then did shit previously thought impossible. Huge fakie wall slap. WTF AGAIN!!!!!

As soon as Dillon saw flares go down in intermediate he tried to sandbag. He was forced to enter pro and still did well.

Cory was going huge every where. Lots of clean tailwhips and some tough attempts at a backflip to double peg.

They were calling this fellow Goonie, I think he's from Ohio.

Steve Byrnes was among the top finishers.

Watching Dorito ride is like watching a super hero.

Dosch got hurt early and ended up in the hospital.

Malcolm was also among the top finishers an pretty much pulled everything he went after.

In other news...

It is official that the Veteran Cookout/Campout in Charlotte is scheduled June14-15. So tell your boss that you won't be at work that weekend and dig out your sleeping bag. Details later.
